Can I watch the testing sessions live?
We provide recorded sessions rather than live observation to let testers work naturally without performance pressure. However, you receive complete screen and audio recordings, plus highlight reels of key moments. Some enterprise packages include moderated live sessions.
How do you ensure tester quality?
