What does the interview process look like?
Our process typically includes: 1) Initial recruiter screen (30 min), 2) Hiring manager conversation (45 min), 3) Technical or role-specific interview (60-90 min), 4) Team/culture fit interviews (2-3 sessions). We aim to complete the process within 2-3 weeks.
Do you sponsor work visas?
Yes, we sponsor H-1B and other work visas for exceptional candidates. We also have entities in multiple countries that allow us to hire locally.
What's the onboarding experience like?
You'll have a dedicated onboarding buddy, structured first-week schedule, and all the equipment you need shipped to your door. We invest heavily in setting new team members up for success.
How does remote work actually work?
We're async-first with core overlap hours for collaboration. We use tools like Slack, Notion, and Loom extensively. Teams meet weekly via video, and we have optional annual team retreats.
